Penelope C. Roeder, Ph.D. is founder and president of Strategic Support Services, Inc. She has more than twenty years' experience working with organizations, their executives, boards, and owners to make complex strategic decisions.

Penelope Roeder has worked with for-profit businesses as well as nonprofit organizations. She has provided both one-on-one coaching to individual executives and managers and facilitated team-based planning and decision making.

Ms. Roeder earned her MBA in Finance and a doctorate in Human and Organization Systems, with an emphasis on decision making processes, group dynamics, and leadership. She also has training and experience in personal financial planning.

In addition to publications on a range of strategic and leadership issues, Ms. Roeder has recently authored a chapter on Succession and Estate Planning and co-authored a chapter on the Use of ESOPs by Owner-Managers.
